Adam Sandler, Jennifer Aniston Team Up For Netflix Movie

Adam Sandler and Jennifer Aniston are set to star in the made-for-Netflix original film "Murder Mystery."

Written by "White House Down" scribe James Vanderbilt. Sandler will play a New York cop who finally agrees to take his wife (played by Aniston) on a long-promised trip to Europe. They find themselves invited to the yacht of a rich elderly billionaire and when he's murdered, they become the prime suspects.

The project is the latest film under a multi-movie and production deal Sandler signed with Netflix. His most recent release was Noah Baumbach's "The Meyerowitz Stories" and will next be seen in comedy "The Week Of," starring opposite Chris Rock. 

Aniston was last seen in the film "Office Christmas Party" and recently signed a deal to co-star with Reese Witherspoon in a drama series for Apple.
