New On Hulu Plus: 07/08/2014

Today's shows are Endemol-produced miniseries and movies from Australia. One highlight is the real-life "Sons Of Anarchy" miniseries "Brothers In Arms," which recounts a 1984 battle between two rival motorcycle gangs.

'Brothers In Arms' (2012) (Australia)
Milperra, a name that will be remembered in infamy. On September 2nd, Fathers Day 1984, two motorcycle clubs – the Bandidos and the Comancheros – went to war at a public swap meet. After a brief but violent battle, seven people had been shot dead, including a young innocent bystander, and some forty other club members needed hospitalization. 'Howzat: Kerry Packer's War' (2012) (Australia)
Howzat is the story of how in 1976 businessman Kerry Packer caused a cricket war by secretly signing up fifty of the world's best cricketers and establishing World Series Cricket, a highly-successful rebel group which challenged the establishment and thrust the game into a new era of professionalism. Filled with humor and outrageous antics and cut throat tactics, Paper Giants: Magazine Wars is the story of the Golden Years of the glossies, of the "battle" between Nene King and Dulcie Boling to make their magazines the top seller in Australia. (2 episodes)
