Alex Rodriguez, Jessica Mendoza & Matt Vasgersian To Call Sunday Night Baseball

ESPN’s Sunday Night Baseball presented by Taco Bell returns to Yankee Stadium for a special Sunday from the Seats presented by Jim Beam telecast, an initiative in which ESPN’s Sunday Night Baseball team calls games from unique locations inside the ballpark. This Sunday, June 2, at 7 p.m. ET, Matt Vasgersian, World Series Champion and Yankees great Alex Rodriguez and Olympic gold medalist Jessica Mendoza will call the rivalry game between Gary Sanchez and the New York Yankees and Mookie Betts and the Boston Red Sox from the Judge’s Chambers at Yankee Stadium.

This edition of Sunday from the Seats is the first time the Sunday Night Baseball team will call the action from the vantage point of the Judge’s Chambers, three coveted, wood-paneled rows of section 104 at Yankee Stadium dedicated to superstar Aaron Judge.

Reporter Buster Olney will be reporting from the field on ESPN and voices Jon Sciambi and Chris Singleton will call the game on ESPN Radio. Sunday Night Baseball is an exclusive, full national telecast, and is also be available on ESPN Deportes+, ESPN Deportes Radio and the ESPN App.

Baseball Tonight: Sunday Night Countdown presented by Chevrolet will precede the game at 5:30 p.m. on ESPN from onsite at Yankee Stadium, hosted by Karl Ravech, World Series Champion and Yankees legend Mark Teixeira and Tim Kurkjian. 

June 3, 4 and 5, Baseball Tonight adds another new event to its repertoire, broadcasting live from the Women’s College World Series. Host Adam Amin and analysts Amanda Scarborough and Tim Kurkjian will cover both NCAA softball and MLB throughout the shows, including updates throughout the MLB draft. Baseball Tonight will be live on ESPN at 7:30 p.m. June 3 and 8 p.m. June 4, and on ESPN2 at 7 p.m. June 5.

Monday, June 3, Monday Night Baseball presented by USAA follows the Women’s College World Series at 10 p.m. as Alex Bregman and the Houston Astros visit Edwin Encarnacion and the Seattle Mariners. Dan Shulman and Rick Sutcliffe will call the game, which will be available nationally with no blackouts.

Weeknight Baseball on ESPN presented by Hankook Tire broadcasts the Yankees again as they visit Toronto to face Vladimir Guerrero Jr. and the Blue Jays Thursday, June 6 at 7 p.m. Jon Sciambi and World Series Champion David Ross will be on the call. This game will also be available nationally with no blackout restrictions.
