Judge Announces A Postponement Of Decision On CNN Lawsuit

A DC federal judge has postponed Thursday's scheduled 3:00 p.m. announcement of a decision in CNN's challenge to the revocation of Jim Acosta's White House hard pass until Friday at 10:00 a.m.

No reason was given for the delay announcing a ruling on CNN's motion for a temporary restraining order immediately reinstating Acosta's hard pass — most judges, at least in this court, just publish a written opinion whenever they're ready, so this is an unusual move.
