Synopsis: Tony Award nominee Alfred Molina stars as Jimmy Stiles, a well-meaning guy trying to maintain peace, order, sanity and romance in a boisterous, extended family full of women -- that includes, just for starters, his wife (Sharon Lawrence), his ex-wife (Park Overall), his mother (Betty White), his mother-in-law and two very opinionated young daughters. A skilled craftsman who makes fine custom furniture, Jimmy works at home so he's never far from the outspoken and combative, yet endearing, ladies in his life. Donna (Lawrence) is Jimmy's very pregnant current wife; Claire (Overall) is his cynical ex-wife; Mitzi (White), his catty and possessive mother, and Peaches, his wealthy and manipulative mother-in-law. His older daughter, Bonnie (Mariam Parris), is 15 and on the brink of delinquency, while his younger daughter, Wendy (Kate Volding), 10, is a master at stirring up trouble for her dad.
