GIVES FULL SEASON ORDERS TO "THE AGENCY," "THE EDUCATION OF MAX
BICKFORD" AND "THAT'S LIFE"
NEW YORK, November
1st, 2001-- CBS has issued full season orders to the freshman dramas
THE AGENCY and THE EDUCATION OF MAX BICKFORD and second year drama
THAT'S LIFE.
THE AGENCY,
starring Gil Bellows, Gloria Reuben, Rocky Carroll, Paige Turco,
David Clennon, Ronnie Cox and Will Patton, is a suspense-filled
drama about the people who work for the Central Intelligence Agency.
THE AGENCY
(6.9/11, 10.08m) has improved its Thursday (10:00-11:00 PM) time
period by +10% in households, +112% in adults 18-49 (3.6/9 from
1.7/4) and +105% in adults 25-54 (4.5/10 from 2.2/5), while adding
1.83 million viewers.
THE AGENCY is
produced by Radiant Productions and Studios USA, in association
with CBS Productions. Wolfgang Petersen, Gail Katz, Michael Frost
Beckner and Shaun Cassidy are the executive producers.
THE EDUCATION
OF MAX BICKFORD, starring Academy Award winners Richard Dreyfuss
and Marcia Gay Harden, along with Eric Ian Goldberg, Katee Sackhoff,
Helen Shaver and Regina Taylor, is a drama about an inspirational
college history professor who is trying to make a difference in
the lives of his students, while raising his kids as a single dad.
THE EDUCATION
OF MAX BICKFORD (8.4/13, 12.03m) is first in households in its Sunday
(8:00-9:00 PM) time period, while averaging a 3.0/7 in adults 18-49
and 4.0/9 in adults 25-54.

starring Heather Paige Kent, Debi Mazur, Ellen Burstyn, Kevin Dillon,
Paul Sorvino, Titus Welliver and Danielle Harris, revolves around
a 30-something college student trying to find balance in her life
amid the mayhem of her numerous jobs, love life, family and friends.
THAT'S LIFE
(5.0/9, 7.07m) has increased its household rating +30% in October,
steadily increasing from a 4.3/8 at the beginning of the month to
a 5.6/10. The sophomore drama is averaging a 2.2/7 in adults 18-49,
2.8/8 in adults 25-54 and a 3.5/9 in women 25-54.
THAT'S LIFE
is produced by Paramount Network Television. Lynn Marie Latham is
the executive producer. Diane Ruggiero, Jim Stanley and Dianne Messina
