Synopsis: On the 40th anniversary of President John F. Kennedy's
death, CNN collaborates with Academy-Award winning producer and director
Gerardine Wurzburg of State of the Art, Inc., for the documentary President
Kennedy Has Been Shot.
The Nov. 22, 1963 assassination of the U.S. President stunned the world.
Now, using rarely heard vintage audiotapes assembled for the first time,
the documentary will take viewers through the whirlwind of those four
November days with a pace that captures the emotions of the times.
The documentary also includes archival film footage and photographs
as well as current-day interviews with journalists who covered the story
and were eyewitnesses to the event.

filmmaker Gerardine Wurzburg, is based on the book President Kennedy
Has Been Shot! by the Newseum with Cathy Trost and Susan Bennett
and published by Sourcebooks. The Newseum is an interactive museum of
