NBC’s Nightly
News with Tom Brokaw snagged the Edward R. Murrow Award for
Overall Excellence from The Radio-Television News Director Association
over the weekend.
The honor,
named after CBS’ legendary newsman, has been handed out to television
and radio journalists since 1971.
